Subscription Types
We offer the following subscription plans:

- • Monthly Premium: $29/month, full access, cancel anytime
- • Annual Premium: $259/year, full access, 25% savings
- • Team Plan: $749/year for 5 users
Billing and Payments
- • Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
- • Price Changes: We'll notify you 30 days before any price increases
- • Failed Payments: Your subscription may be suspended if payment fails
- • Taxes: Prices don't include applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers:
- • Request a full refund within 30 days of initial purchase
- • Contact us at admin@piotoolkit.com to request a refund
- • Refunds processed within 5-10 business days
- • One-time purchases (courses, resources) are non-refundable after download
4. Cancellation and Termination
Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- • Email us at admin@piotoolkit.com to cancel
- • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- • You'll retain access until the end of your paid period
- • No refunds for partial months or unused time
Our Right to Terminate
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
- • Violate these Terms of Service
- • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- • Share your account or credentials
- • Abuse or misuse our Services
- • Fail to pay subscription fees
5. Content and Intellectual Property
Our Content
All content on PIO Toolkit (articles, courses, resources, videos, images, logos) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.
License to Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

- • Download resources for use within your organization
- • Share articles via social media (with attribution)
Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:

- • Uninterrupted or error-free service
We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your specific requirements or that any content is suitable for your particular situation.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIO TOOLKIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Washington, DC, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Washington, DC, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:
- • We'll update the "Last updated" date
- • We'll notify you via email for material changes
- • Changes take effect 30 days after notification
- • Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
12. General Provisions
- • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PIO Toolkit
- • Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect
- • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right doesn't waive that right
- • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor
- • No Agency: These Terms don't create a partnership, agency, or employment relationship
